A free health fair immediately follows and includes fitness demos, health screenings, and vendors from the health, fitness and food industries with samples and information.

The Kingdom Running Club of Living Word Christian Center Presents their 4th Annual Run/Walk for Missions & 5th Annual Fitness Fair.

Are you a runner? Do you like to jog? Can you walk? Did you answer yes to any of these questions? Then come out and join us! Register Now for the 5k or 1 mile motivational walk/run to support missions.

Are you new to 5k’s? Do you need help in training? Check here for plans to assist you with training! Although, this is a walk and run friendly event you should practice the distance. Plans listed here will help get you to finish line safely!
